How do I track my order?
Upon successfully placing an order, you will be provided a unique tracking number for your purchase.
How long do you take to deliver?
Order are usually processed in one business day, and shipping takes another 1-2 days depending on the location you ordered from.
How do I return an item?
We are currently not accepting returns or refunds.
What do I do if I receive a damaged/wrong product?
If the article is damaged,contact within 2-5 working days. You will be contacted by our sales representative and will be requested to send back the damaged article via courier. The money shall be sent back through bank transfer along with the incurred delivery charges.
What modes of Payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order through Cash on Delivery or a Bank Transfer.
Do you provide International delivery?
We currently only deliver in Pakistan.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free within Pakistan on all orders.
I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?
Please consult the size chart before ordering.
If the article is of the wrong size contact within 2-5 working days. You will be contacted by our sales representative and will be requested to send back the article via courier. All courier charges incurred will have to be borne by the customer.
